There is one article I read this week that really caught my attention. I received it via email, as I subscribe to Gergely Orosz’s The Pragmatic Engineer newsletter.
The article explains in detail how the engineering culture at Meta/Facebook has deteriorated recently - from a culture once known for being strongly engineering-driven.
I highly recommend reading it. It is a sad story, and one I hope we can draw serious conclusions from.
